The cybersecurity of our customers’ Microsoft 365 cloud data and systems is crucial.

You play a key role in this regard: you resolve high-level incidents, develop new use cases, and automate internal processes.

You will analyze and communicate security risks and drive the automation of our security services portfolio.

Your assignment:

You are responsible for our clients’ Microsoft 365 platform (Teams, SharePoint, Exchange, Azure AD, etc.)

• Solution Implementation and 365 Tenant Migration (Analyzing requirements, assessing feasibility, tracking licenses, etc.)
• Classify, prioritize, and manage technical requests and incidents from our clients (SMEs)
• Remotely take control, respond on-site, diagnose and resolve incidents
• You draft M365 cybersecurity procedures and projects
• Risk assessment, gap analysis, business impact analysis, etc.
• Implement the policy for corrective and preventive maintenance
• Conduct O365 security audits for our clients
• Contribute to the crisis management process
• Provide technical training to internal teams
• You will also assist our support team with various tasks

Your profile:

You have excellent computer skills and are passionate about cybersecurity and the Microsoft 365 environment

• Holds a degree or has completed training in computer science
• Experience in a similar or related position (at least 4 years)
• Good time management and stress management.
• Punctual and has excellent interpersonal skills
• You’re not shy, and you enjoy interacting with customers
• You’re independent, but you also enjoy working as part of a team
• You are thorough and dedicated to your work, with a positive, solution-oriented mindset
• You are empathetic, a good listener, and have a calm disposition
• Excellent ability to analyze and synthesize requirements and communicate effectively
• Compliance with safety standards and procedures

• French proficiency: You express yourself perfectly and correctly, both in writing and speaking
• English proficiency: You can express yourself clearly and have the necessary technical professional knowledge
• Class B Driver’s License
